New River Transit Authority (NRT) operates its program without regard to race, color, national origin, or disability in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Anyone who believes he or she has been subjected to an unlawful discriminatory practice may file a complaint.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590

Reasonable Modification Policy
Passengers with disabilities may request modifications to current service procedures to access the service. To make a request, please call us at (304) 894-8918 or email us at [email protected]. Please submit requests at least the day before the trip. New River Transit Authority will not charge additional fees for passengers requiring reasonable modifications.
